In reality, all of us are involved with the elderly and they with us. They are our parents, our relatives, our friends, our fellow humans. We all share the commitment to give witness to the dignity of the human person.
Are we going to let the elderly indviduals' eyes cry for help without been noticed? We need to remember that not all elderly persons are alike, and they do not have to be "like everyone else." Each has her/his physical, psychological, social, and religious needs to pursue in life.
