Today a 93 year old man said to "Why are you angry at me?" I responded, "I am not angry with you and I will never get angry at you."This is really an interesting incident because after 3 hours, he said to me, "how are you today, enjoying yourself?"
Working in this place is really a joy because it gives me the opportunity not only to understand but also to accept each person attitude according to his or her mood on that given day.
